Abstract Lawlor Events Center is an 11,536-seat multi-purpose arena in Reno, Nevada, located at the intersection of North Virginia Street and 15th Street on the University of Nevada, Reno campus. It was built in 1983 and named in honor of University of Nevada alumnus, coach, and Athletic Director Glenn "Jake" Lawlor. It is home to the Nevada Wolf Pack basketball team. Abstract

In 1988, the University Services department and Public Affairs and University Advancement department merged into the Office of the Vice President for University Advancement. University Development coordinates the alumni relations, fund-raising, and public information efforts of the university. The collection includes proposals, reports, and correspondence created by the Office of the Vice President for University Advancement primarily under the tenure of Dr. Richard E. Dankworth.
