Lincoln Hall Association Scrapbook
Lincoln Hall opened in 1896 as a men's dormitory. Scrapbook contains constitution, by-laws, and minutes of the Lincoln Hall Association, photographs, news clippings, and ephemera documenting the history of both the association and the building.

John P. Marschall Papers
John P. Marschall Records
John P. Marschall served as Interim Director of Finance Administration, January-June 1983, until being appointed Director of University Services in July 1983. He held that position until September 1988, when he was reassigned as Special Assistant to the Vice President for Student Services. The collection consists of correspondence, minutes of meetings, memorandums, and routine office files from the various administrative positions John Marschall held during this period.
Mary Ellen Glass Essay
Mary Ellen Glass was a historian who worked for the University of Nevada Oral History Project. The collection contains an essay written by Glass about Samuel P. Davis (April 4, 1850–March 17, 1918), former oral historian at the University of Nevada Reno, efforts to honor John W. Mackay with a statue sculpted by John Gutzon Borglum; the statue was placed on the campus of the University of Nevada, Reno.
Max C. Fleischmann Foundation Records
Included are trustee minutes, reports of operations, financial statements, auditors' reports, reports of executors of the Fleischmann estate, inventories of assets, tax returns, trustees' files, application lists, Nevada scholarship files (including Nevada Indian applications), files of completed grants, scrapbooks, and indexes to rejected applicants.
Joseph F. McDonald Papers
Joseph F. McDonald (1891-1971) was a Nevada newspaperman, editor and publisher of the Nevada State Journal, 1939-1956; president of Reno Newspapers Incorporated; and president of the Nevada-California Lake Tahoe Association. The collection contains personal papers, 1911-1970; material related to Reno newspapers, 1928-1963; and records and related material of the Nevada-California Lake Tahoe Association, 1957-1968.
Mediation Board Records
The responsibility of the University Mediation Board is to mediate the resolution of personnel problems as provided for in section 38 of the University of Nevada, Reno Bylaws. The collection are composed of correspondence and procedural guidelines for the Board.
