Overview Arthur Keeler Bourne (1877-1967) was the second son of Frederick Gilbert Bourne (1851-1919), who helped co-found the Singer Sewing Machine Company. Arthur Bourne served for many years as a member of the Singer Sewing Machine Company's board of directors and as its treasurer. The Arthur K. and Alberta M. Bourne Papers consist of correspondence, newspaper clippings, photographs, and a blueprint of the Special Design Sedan Bus commissioned by Bourne in 1938.
