Philip Gerald Auchampaugh Papers
Dr. Philip Gerald Auchampaugh (1897-1949) joined the University of Nevada History Department faculty as an assistant professor in 1941 and was considered an authority on the era of United States President James Buchanan. The collection contains Auchampaugh's personal correspondence and manuscripts, his pamphlet collection, and his autograph collection.
