Broadside, 1909, notifying all that Harry [Henry] N. Morse was leasing his mining claims, and his mining and mill equipment to the Gold Park Mining and Reduction Company owned by W. E. Cook. Report, 1912, examines those mining claims for owners A.B. Simonds and Jacob Neadle; and includes photos and maps, and assay data.

Abstract Henry N. Morse came to California in 1849 and served as sheriff of Alameda County from 1863-1877. Morse was an early investor in the Gold Park Mining District in Nevada and ran the district from 1896-1912. The collection contains papers related exclusively to the Gold Park Mining District (also known as Jackson Mining District) in Lander and Nye Counties, Nevada.
