Gray Ranch Records
Leslie B. Gray, a Nevada attorney, donated his 8.5 acre ranch and water rights to the University of Nevada, Reno Nevada Agricultural Experiment Station to continue his legacy of contributing to the welfare of Nevadans. The property is located at 3540 Wedekind Road in Sparks. The collection consist of documents relevant to the donation of the land and its water rights to the University's Agricultural Experiment Station.

Includes material related to Miller's career and interests, particularly the history of Nevada Territory and the theater. Included are correspondence, Miller's thesis and dissertation, scripts of plays performed by the Reno Little Theater and Reno Dramatic Club, sheet music, a minute book/account ledger of stock holders of the Silver Star Mining District (Comstock Lode), and a poster for Topliffe's Theatre (earliest known Nevada imprint, 1862). Material between 1860-1976.
