Administrative History

Incorporated on June 1921 in Nevada, the Reorganized Victory Divide Mining Company was a reorganization of the Victory Divide Mining Company, incorporated originally in January 1919. The company owned four claims and two fractions over 50 acres in the Goldfield Mining District. The property owned adjoined the Divide Consolidated, Verdi, Brougher, and Belcher properties.
