Administrative History
Incorporated in May 1908 in South Dakota, the C.O.D. Consolidated Mining Company was organized as a merger of the Goldfield C.O.D. and the Gold Bar Mining companies, and took over the C.O.D., Golden Eagle, Zoe, Gold Bar, Victor mines and the Victor Fraction. In July 1920 at a special stockholders' meeting, the company by majority vote of the trustees merged its assets with those of other adjoining mining companies into the Goldfield Deep Mines Company of Nevada. The merger went into effect July 15, 1920.
