The Florence-Goldfield Mining Company incorporated in 1909 with principal office and mining operations in Goldfield, Nevada. By 1909, the company's principal mine was the Florence Mine located east of Goldfield. The company also owned the Red King, Cornishman, Firelight, and Emma claims and leased the Sweeney, Reilly, Little Florence, Florence Annex, Rogers, and Engineers' claims.
