Administrative History

The purpose of this organization is to provide northern Nevada with complete family planning services and to support freedom of choice and family planning public policy issues. Planned Parenthood of Northern Nevada was established in Reno in 1971 as Planned Parenthood of Washoe County, Inc. The first clinic opened in November 1971.
