The Vivian Freeman Papers contains materials from Nevada women's organizations including bylaws, newsletters, minutes, and correspondence from the National Women's Political Caucus, Nevada and Anne Martin Chapters; Nevada League of Women Voters; Nevadans for Better Government; Reno Women's Network; and Hannah Humanitarian Award. Political materials include Democrats, Delegates and Politics in Nevada: A Grassroots Chronicle in 1972 by Joseph N. Crowley; materials on candidates and platforms for the 1978 Nevada election; Freeman's 1978 certificate of election as Washoe County Democratic Party delegate; The Washoe Democrat newsletter, 1978; and campaign literature for the 1982 northern Nevada elections.
