Includes 1931 Rio Tinto Copper Company prospectus and a speech that S. F. Hunt gave 28 March 1935 to University of Nevada, Reno, faculty and members of the Crucible Club, a club for student mining engineers. The prospectus lists the Rio Tinto Copper Company's officers with Hunt as president. The speech, entitled "Aspects of physical geography in relation to ore deposits," promotes his Rio Tinto company and includes a hand drawn map of the area around the Rio Tinto Copper Mine and Mountain City Mining District, Elko County, Nevada.
