Scope and Contents From the Collection: Agreement between the mine operators, Virginia City Miners' Union no. 46, and the Gold Hill Miners' Union no. 54 setting wages of miners at $5 per day during World War I (1918); and a letter from the mine operators to the unions rescinding the previous wage agreement, mentioning I. W. W. influence among agitators, and threatening to halt all mining if lower wages were not accepted (1919).
