In addition, feeling that a conversation with the three Regents, who collectively had given 37 years to the Board, would be of benefit to others, they were given 5 questions to answer prior to the meeting. At the meeting held November 15, 1997, with David Seibert, Professor of Speech and Theater acting as moderator for the discussion, the Regents answered the following questions:
1.Please share with us your memory of you first Board meeting. 2.What is the biggest change you have seen in the System during your tenure? 3.What do you feel is your greatest accomplishment as a Board member? 4.If there is one piece of advice you could give to a new Regent, what would that be? 5.What are your hopes for the future of the System?

Abstract
Video shows each regent addressing pre-submitted questions about their first board meeting, the biggest changes seen in the system during their tenure, their greatest achievement, what advice they would give to new regents, and their hopes for the future of the system.
Administrative History
At the last scheduled meeting of the Board of Regents before their retirement from the Board, Chair Madison Graves, 3, read resolutions to Regents Joseph M. Foley, Daniel J. Klaich, and Carolyn M. Sparks, recognizing their contributions to the University and Community College System of Nevada. Feeling a taped conversation with the three Regents, who collectively had given 37 years to the board, would be of benefit to others, they were given 5 questions to answer. At the meeting held November 15, 1997, with David R. Seibert, professor of Speech Communications and Theatre, acting as moderator, the regents answered the questions.
