Biographical Note
Jake Highton, a graduate of Pennsylvania State College, 1953, and Ohio State University, 1965, served as a reporter for the Baltimore Evening Sun from 1959 to 1962, and as an editorial writer for the Detroit News from 1976 to 1978. In 1981, he joined the faculty of the University of Nevada, Reno, journalism department.
