Administrative History

The office of Student Services provides a wide range of services to meet the needs of students, as well as offers special programs to supplement the formal academic programs.

This office was first designated Office of Student Services in 1978/79, and was administered and coordinated by the Dean of Students. In 1988, the Office of Student Services was administered and coordinated by the Vice President of Student services. Major program areas are administrated by the associate dean of students for enrollment services; the ASUN manager; the special assistant to vice-president for student services who coordinates the Student Mediation Center, exit withdrawals and testing services; the associate dean, student life; and the associate dean, student development.

Arrangement

The records are arranged in alphabetical order, as received. They are arranged in two groups: Boxes 1-6 are alphabetical by subject; boxes 7-8 are alphabetical by letter (and were identified as files prior to 1988).
