Biographical / Historical

Bernardo de Mesanza Ruiz de Salas (Bilbao, 1912 - Bilbao, 2004) was an agriculture engineer and publicist who worked as a public servant in the Regional Government of Araba. He published articles about agriculture, forestry and communication in specialized magazines between the late 1940s and the 1970s. Some of these magazines are: Revista Financiera del Banco de Vizcaya, Boletín de Ingenieros Agrónomos and La Información.
