Ellen Brow Papers

Ellen H. Brow was the Basque Librarian at the University of Nevada, Reno from 1989 to 1993. Previously, she had worked at the University of Kansas, where she had directed the SPLAT (Spain, Portugal and Latin America) program at Watson Library, which made her fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. Then she spent several years at Harvard University, as the Latin American and Southern European Librarian. She became the second professional librarian the Basque Library had ever had. She currently works at the Davis Branch of the Yolo County Library System (California) as Reference Director.
