Mills (1885) of the Central Pacific Railroad Company Land Department complaining that the State of Nevada was selling water and land more cheaply than the railroad. Joseph E. Stubbs, president of the University of Nevada, wrote Fulton (1913) praising Fulton's letter about Cleveland philanthropists, Reno, and Nevada; and reported on his wife's busy schedule.
