Alan Bible, a Nevada politician and attorney, served as the District Attorney of Storey County from 1935-1938 until he was appointed Deputy Attorney General of Nevada in 1938. In 1942, Bible was appointed State Attorney, and served in that position until 1950. George Bradley Russell was a Nevada newspaperman and politician, the editor of the Elko Independent, a correspondent for the Elko Daily Press, and the editor and owner of the Carson Chronicle.
