Abstract Vernie Frazer was a graduate of the Nevada State Normal School, 1900. In 1986, the alumni publication, UNR Times, did a brief article on her 1885 application, at age 15, to enter the university. Photocopies of materials used for the article. These include university records and correspondence, including teaching recommendations. Also a photograph of Frazer and a photograph of the farm where she was raised in Sparks, Nevada.
