H. N. Schooley was a merchant based in the Yerington, Wellington, and Smith Valley area of Nevada. Ledgers record daily business, expenses, income, and goods in which Schooley dealt. Frequently mentioned are deliveries of livestock and grocery items to Bodie, California There are also indications that Schooley owned land on which he raised grains (1880-1902).
