Abstract
Pat Hardy Lewis was elected the the Reno City Council in 1973 and served until 1977. While serving on the City Council, Lewis was most interested in planning and the use of land for Reno's future. She was a strong proponent of involving citizens in the decision process through the use of ad hoc committees. The collection includes materials related to the subjects of growth, methods of sewage treatment, and planning for the future of Reno, from 1973-1980.
