Eagle Salt Works was a salt mining company in Churchill County, Nevada located along the lines of the Central Pacific Railroad. Discovered in 1869 by B. F. Leete; major supplier of salt to Nevada's Comstock mines. Collection contains records of amounts and types of salt mined, purchasers, inventories of company property, vouchers, payroll records, receipts, and salt shipment statements.
