Olson, commander from 1958-1960. A supplemental report details base expansion in 1959-1960, including acquisition of Dixie Valley, Nevada, for training maneuvers.

The Dixie Valley Public Testimony on Sonic Booms consists of public comment, from either the Environmental Impact Statement release by the U.S. Navy or from the public comment period designated by the Navy in regards to using the Dixie Valley, Nevada airspace for supersonic fighter jet training in the mid-1980s.
