Abstract

Scrapbook of newspaper clippings about the gold strike of 1927 at Weepah, Nevada. Weepah was located in Esmeralda County on the southeast slope of Lone Mountain, twenty-six miles southeast of Tonopah, Nevada. The boom lasted approximately two years (1927-1929).
