Emmet Derby Boyle Scrapbooks
Emmet Derby Boyle was a mining engineer who became a Nevada state engineer and governor of the state. The collection contains scrapbooks which cover chiefly his period as governor and include official proclamations, newspaper clippings, and some correspondence.

Denver S. Dickerson was Nevada Lieutenant Governor and Acting Governor; Mrs. Una L. Reilly Dickerson was a Washoe County, Nevada, law librarian; Harvey D. Dickerson was Nevada Attorney General and a candidate for various political offices; Denver Dickerson was a Nevada State legislator and diplomat; and George Dickerson was a lawyer. The collection contains photographs, newspaper clippings, certificates, and letters related to the Dickerson Family.

State University of Nevada Honorary Board of Visitors Certificate
The Honorary Board of Visitors for the State University of Nevada was created during the Seventeenth Session of the State Legislature via Senate Bill No. 12 in February 1895. The Board was to consist of 15 members, one from each county, appointed by the Governor. The collection consists of one certificate executed by Governor E. P. Carville, appointing Arnold A. Millard as a member of the Honorary Board of Visitors of the University of Nevada on February 25, 1944.
Joint Committee on the Investigation of the Closed Banks Transcript of Testimony
The Joint Committee on the Investigation of the Closed Banks was a Nevada committee formed to investigate the failure and closing of banks in 1932, particularly those controlled by George Wingfield. The collection contains testimonies, including statements by Acting Governor Morley Griswold and accounting statements from various firms affected by the bank closings.
