Overview This collection consists of a 1966 certificate of congratulations to N. Edd Miller upon his installation as the first chancellor of the Reno campus of the University of Nevada from Tuskegee Institute and a scrapbook presented to President Miller by his Student Affairs staff upon his retirement from the University in 1973.
