Abstract
In 1919, two Nevada regents, George F. Talbot and Walter E. Pratt, tried to persuade the Board of Regents to dismiss university president Walter E. Clark by presenting a resolution listing charges against him. These included condoning drunkenness and poor student discipline, misusing his entertainment fund, and other improprieties.
