Included is a location notice filed by Marker and Christian Bastian for the Marker and Bastian's Lower Extension Flume from Mt. Rose to Washoe City and Pleasant Valley, with plat map of the extension flume and its connections with Galena Creek and the Brown and Eagen Flume; and bill of sale for food and sundries by Marker to Robert Pitchur, between 1875-1876.
