Administrative Manual Revisions
The Administrative Manual contains established University policy and is intended to serve in understanding and implementing university policies, identifying responsibilities, and providing guidelines in the performance of specific tasks. Proposed policy and procedure revisions to the Administrative Manual that are approved by the Faculty Senate, Provost, and President are distributed to the University community.
Office of Admissions and Records, University of Nevada, Reno Records
The Office of Admissions and Records is responsible for the maintenance, retention and disposition of student records. Records are primarily computer generated enrollment data,1962-2009, and a small collection of special reports and surveys, including engineering student enrollment, 1954-1965, and the regents' scholar program, 1983-1986.
Affidavit
L.R. Kelly's affidavit, asserting that he and J.B. Simpson arrested Jack King and William Adams on Aug. 23, 1882, and listing money and property they confiscated at that time. L.R. Kelly was a resident of Eureka, Nevada. Material from February 5, 1885.

Request for continuance in the case of the State of Nevada vs J. R. Seymour in which D. R. Humphrey was to be a witness for the defense. The collection contains material from April 19, 1880 created by the Nevada District Court 5th Judicial District.
Affirmative Action Advisory Board Records
University of Nevada, Reno, Affirmative Action Compliance Committee Records
The Affirmative Action Compliance Committee was formed at the request of Harry J. Wolf, Director of Affirmative Action, to develop compliance procedures, data gathering and analysis. The collection consists of general correspondence and memorandums, 1972-1975; committee minutes, 1975; an undated statistical chart listing total staff race, salary, and position; and affirmative action program guidelines and policies.
Affirmative Action Office Records
The Affirmative Action Office is responsible for coordinating all compliance efforts, for investigating complaints, and for receiving grievances from students, faculty, and staff in matters dealing with discrimination. The collection consists of annual university affirmative action plans, correspondence, compliance and institutional analysis reports, committee records, and miscellaneous materials related to activities of the office.

African-Americans in Reno, Nevada Collection consists of a microfilm reel containing Reno, Nevada newspaper articles, advertising, and theater playbill about black residents of Reno and the Civil Rights movement in Reno from 1958-1965.
