Pacific Gas & Electric and Sierra Pacific Power Company (now NV Energy) are the companies who provide eltrical service to California and Nevada, respectively. The collection contains a survey made on behalf of Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) by W. W. Clark to determine extent of the business and residents in part of El Dorado County who were not receiving electric power from PG&E or Sierra Pacific Power Company.
