Abstract The Southeast Nevada Indian Agency was in charge of managing the Moapa Indian Reservation in Nevada. A. J. Barnes was the agent in charge in 1875. Agent A. J. Barnes writes Edward P. Smith, Commissioner of Indian Affairs, saying that he was forwarding a quarterly report of an inventory of property and its distribution on the Moapa Indian Reservation and that he had conducted a systematic arrangement of the agency's office records.
