The Chilton Engineering and Surveying Papers contain aerial photographs, field notes, and maps belonging to Chilton Engineering and Surveying, an engineering company based and operating in Elko from the 1960s through the 2000s.
Field notes on traps worked, animals trapped, and wild animals encountered. The collection contains material from 1917-1919 created by Melvern W. Jones.
These field notes were collected by Siskin during his interviews with the Washo Tribe in California and Nevada, the bulk of which are from 1937-1940.
