Nevada Repertory Company Records
The Nevada Repertory Company was formed in 1973 by the Department of Speech and Drama in the University’s College of Arts and Science as the play and music producing arm of the Theatre Department. Collection is mostly comprised of production advertising, including flyers, posters and programs.

Public Occasions Board Records
The Public Occasions Board records consist of correspondence, minutes, and Performing Artist Series announcements and programs for internationally known musicians, dance companies, and dramatic performances. The collection includes programs, announcements, and flyers for various programs, the book for the 1968 Sculpture Invitational exhibit for the University’s Second Annual Arts Festival Week and the Survey of Cultural Activities in Reno-Sparks conducted by the Board in 1966.

Financial documents include statements, promissory notes, and bank notes. Plays include scripts, programs, photos, and publicity. Dates range from 1935-1989.

Ivan Sessions Smith was the secretary to the president of the University of Nevada-Reno. Scrapbook includes invitations, programs, clippings about Reno events, place cards, calling cards, photographs, correspondence, and souvenirs from 1900-1927.

Larry A. Walters Papers
The Larry A. Walters Papers consist of basic stage drawings for the Church Fine Arts Theatre, stage and set drawings for 22 plays produced at the University between 1981 and 1991, and several undated drawings by Larry Walters either as a student or for courses he taught at the University. Instrument Schedules and notes are available for some of the plays.
