Overview Mark Curtis (1921-1998) was a public relations and advertising expert in Reno, Nevada who was the first public relations director for Harrah's Reno from 1957-1961. Ruth Curtis (1926-2016) was as a home economist at the Sierra Pacific Power Company for 27 and a half years. Collection contains a resume of Mark Curtis in the format of a magazine, as well as a 1961 "Gaming Through the Ages" calendar for Harrah's Reno and Lake Tahoe featuring Ruth Curtis on the December page.

Overview The Riverside Hotel was originally construction by Myron Lake in 1870. Collection contains an assortment of ephemeral material about the Riverside Hotel from 1978 to 1986.
