Overview Bob A. Fulkerson is a fifth-generation Nevadan who has spent his life working to protect the environment and people of the state. He served the Executive Director of Citizen Alert from 1984-1994 and is the co-founder and Director of PLAN, the Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada. Collection contains a variety of information and materials created and collected by Bob Fulkerson during his time as Director of Citizen Alert.
